Fried chicken butter lemon

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into small pieces
2 tbs worchester sauce (+ 2 tbs for marinade)
2 tbs soysauce (+ 2 tbs for marinade)
7 tbs sweet soysauce
3 limau (limau is a kind of lemon, but a smaller one, only as big as cherry)
2 tbs wine or sake or chinese angchiu
1 onion
garlic
3 tbs butter
salt
pepper
oil
Instruction:
Marinade chicken with soysauce, salt, pepper, and worchester sauce.
Keep in fridge at least 30 minutes (I usually do it overnight)
Fry all pieces of chicken in hot oil. Set aside.
Heat butter, add onion and garlic.
Add chicken and mix of soysauce + worchester + wine
Cut each limau into 2 and put them all in the chicken.
Mix under low heat.
Add salt and pepper, and chili powder if you like it hot.
Ready!
