mer: marriage of course is not about chase or to be chased. marriage is an institutionalized love. you got a very good point here, “inability”…  so, men who chase women without any intention to get married have a certain kind inability too !?!?:P

men chased women they do not intend to marry? only speak for myself, i see no benefit in marriage. more often than not the rule of engagement will change once a man & woman entered a marriage.
committing yourself unconditionally towards other would only encourage him/her to treat you like shit aka taking u for granted.
